Judy Prete

Clinical Nutritionist

Judy Prete is a Clinical Nutritionist with a background in healthcare and project management. She graduated with honours from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, where she pursued her passion for understanding the powerful connection between nutrition, lifestyle, and long-term health.

Before transitioning into nutrition full-time, Judy spent many years working in fast-paced healthcare and construction environments, giving her firsthand insight into the effects stress, burnout, poor sleep, and lifestyle habits can have on overall well-being. Her personal experiences with family health challenges further deepened her interest in holistic health and inspired her to help others take a more proactive and empowered approach to their wellness.

Judy has a special interest in women’s health, particularly supporting women through perimenopause and menopause. Her focus areas include metabolic health, weight management, insulin resistance, energy, inflammation, performance nutrition, and healthy aging. She believes nutrition is one of the most powerful tools for supporting the body through midlife and helping women feel strong, resilient, and confident as they age.

At the heart of Judy’s practice is the belief that health should be personalized, sustainable, and realistic for everyday life. She works with clients to create practical nutrition and lifestyle strategies that support long-term well-being rather than quick fixes or restrictive approaches.

When she’s not working with clients, Judy enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, practicing yoga, connecting with family and friends, and supporting women through community volunteer initiatives.
