A few things you’ll want to know before we get started:
- We have a secondary entrance off Back Street, which is easier to access during peak traffic times. We also have on-site parking and free municipal parking across the street on Back Street.
- When we’re open ‘by appointment only’ the front door is kept locked between appointments. If you arrive early, be assured we haven’t forgotten about your appointment. We’re attending to other clients and will unlock the door in time for your appointment.
- 24 hours advance notice is requested for cancelling or rescheduling appointments, otherwise a cancellation fee may be charged. If you are ill, please contact us with as much notice as possible to cancel and reschedule. A cancellation fee will not apply.
Fees and Payment Policy
Clinical fees are not reimbursable by OHIP. However many extended health plans through employers cover naturopathic, chiropractic and registered massage therapy services. Please check with your employer or insurance company to understand the terms of your coverage.
We can direct bill most major extended health benefit plans for clinical services. Please inquire when booking your appointment.
Fees are due at the time the service or product is rendered. For your convenience we accept all standard methods of payment including Visa, Mastercard and debit. If we’re direct billing on your behalf we require a credit card be kept on file.
