Dear Clients,

In light of the on-going COVID-19 outbreak, we want to inform you that along with additional robust cleaning and sanitation of all treatment rooms and common areas, we have a strict screening process for those attending the clinic.

We request that you not attend the clinic if you:

-are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms (fever, sore throat, cough, sneezing, chills, aches, runny nose)

-have travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days (including USA)

-have been in close contact with a person with acute respiratory illnesses, who has recently travelled outside Canada in the last 14 days before their symptoms started

If you answer ‘yes’ to any of these, please contact us to reschedule your appointment, or wait until you’re recovered.

In the case of psychotherapy and some naturopathic appointments, including lab reviews, phone consultations may be requested in lieu of an office visit.

If you suddenly have symptoms and are beyond our normal 24 hour cancellation period, please cancel.   All cancellation fees will be waived.

In the case of product refills, products can be ordered online at  with free shipping on orders over $100
